The One-on-One Coaching Program was developed from two years of research and working one on one with real women and understanding what drives them to engage in a positive behaviour change such as physical training, healthy eating, or other goal related behaviour.

Each participant in the program will receive the following:

  • 1-on-1 Goal Setting Session with Goal Development and Program Overview

  • Training Journal with Weekly Goal Prompts

  • Weekly Coaching Call for Goal Progress Support & Accountability

  • Journal for Recording Weekly Progress

Goal Setting: 1-on-1 virtual goal setting session. Establish a foundation of goals in 4 core areas:

  • Mind/Spirit/Personal Development

  • Nutrition (as a behaviour)

  • Exercise

  • Relationships
